    design process

Preliminary Concept-  We discuss your goals, visit the premises and make measurements, prepare designs and drawings, and offer recommendations for purchases of merchandise and construction (including sample materials).  This is the Design Concept phase of the project.

             Important Considerations:

Why are you doing the project?

Who is going to use the space?

What is the scope of work- what is your wish list?

What do you want your home to say about your style, personality,

             And priorities?

How much are you willing to invest to accomplish those changes?

Design Development- Upon approval of the Preliminary Concept,  the design concept comes to life.  Materials, selections and details will be finalized and submitted with pricing for your approval.  Other services during this phase include drawings, sourcing product, documenting design details such as tile layouts and window treamtents, and preparing purchase orders.

Design Implementation- Purchasing of product, coordination of trades, job site visits, and status updates given weekly as the job progresses.  Installation of products purchased and job finalization to take care of final details to make sure everything is just right.
